I have an Ellisimo and I use Embird and my 3D Studio from Husqvarna Viking. My dealer actually encouraged me to try using those instead of buying all new software when I purchased Elli! I have no problems whatsoever with either program. HTH

I use Embird. The updates are inexpensive too. I like the fonts that you can buy for it. There are learning curves with any new software, but I don't need all the bells and whistles some softwares have. Years ago, I once bought the Bernina sofstare, but I really didn't like it. Plus, there is no place on my new computer to put the dongle.

I bought Florani software and all of the upgrades are free after the initial purchase. I have also used Palette 6 (babylock) but got tired of paying for the upgrades. The Floriani will also save in a format for my longarm (APQS) and that was a real plus for me.

I would love to, but the computer I had it on is long gone. They did let me upload it a second time once when my computer crashed, so I've been thinking about asking again. I just wanted to see what everyone is using lately before I make my decision as to what I'm going to do. If there is a fancy schmancy (read: SUPER EASY) program out there that would be a better investment, I'd like to know about it. I won't need it for a couple of months, so I have some time to research.

I, personally, could never figure out Embird...I use PE Design v5, plus several free programs....Pulse Ambassador, My Editor, and Thumbnailer for viewing so I don't have to open a program to see the image.
