what filling do i use

won a baby quilt on auction site i bought flannell to back it what do i use for filling batton or wadding ?

If its a baby quilt, I recommend 100% cotton batting, not polyester. Cotton is more breathable, hypo allergenic and is a better choice for a baby quilt all around.

its up to you how warm you want it. you can do double flannel nothing or a batting or even a cotton sheet. i have done all. i have even used polli fill that had no scrim or punched. that was a puffy pain in the toosh.

would it still be padded with double flannel

I only use high loft poly batting.

I would do warm and natural, cotton that has a polyester scrim so should stand up better to repeated washings, and does not need to be closely quilted
