I made shoe bags for friends who travel. Very popular!

A simple bag to take to the grocery store instead of "plastic or paper"

A jewelry holder for traveling with little pockets. A zippered makeup bag for traveling. A take along sewing kit. A holder for quilting rulers. A sewing machine cover. Mug rugs. Potholders. These are things I want but don't have time to make for myself.

oh I'm loving some of the homemade pillow cases I've been seeing around :)

I'm thinking big here :D I'd love a photo memory quilt or a T-shirt quilt. I'd started cutting T-shirts years ago, but never got everything going. My DD took them to put together. Someday I'll get one

I was given a zipper bag measuring 8" long, 3" high, 2.5" wide. It's such a great size - it holds SO MUCH stuff. I think the length is key - long enough for a hair comb or big scissors or art supplies. Replicating it is on my all-occasions gift list.
