Love your project! Great fabric choices. What is that pattern and how are you going to finish it?
Nice job.

Absolutely beautiful. What a great gift. My Mom made me a table cloth and 12 napkins for Christmas a couple of years ago and I love it. Every time I set my table and use it I think of all the loving work that went into making it for me and it makes me appreciate it more. Thank you for sharing.

That's a very elegant table runner. I love the fabrics you chose, and I'm sure they will be treasured!

I bought the pattern and the fabric @ my LQS during last winter's sale to make room for the spring fabrics. There was a sample sewn up in the shop. I thought my DILs would like them so I bought the fabric then to make gifts for this Christmas. I really don't know if they are still available as I have had some surgery recently and not gotten out on my own recently.

Thank you all for your comments. I am always nervous about making something for one of my DILs as she doesn't like much homemade. I know it is possible to make what she likes if she would be more explicit about what that is. I have decided to make the backing out of "gray on gray" with swirling lines and poka dots so that if she doesn't like the front, she might like the simpler backing.

For those who asked... The pattern is from the Everyday Art Collection of Pink Chalk Studio LLC. The name of the pattern is "ANNA BANANA"
