Would someone explain to me what a jelly roll is and how they are used? Thanks!

If you click on "search" at the top of this page, type in jelly roll you will get a few hits where this has been discussed on here before with all your answers! Have fun!

HI, Jelly roll is the strips of fabric rolled up to look likd a jelly roll, They are 2 1/2 in. strips of fabric, usually 17 or 18 rolled up together and used for any thing you want. The idea is the strips are already co-ordinated and cut and ready to go. They are popular sellers at quilt shows and quilt shops. Marge
