the second and third picture are more stimulating.

Ooh. Beautiful fabrics! I love batiks, and white-on-whites is one of my fabric addictions, so I'm sure it's going to come out stunning no matter what you decide. But personally I like the same color per box, or variation 1 the best. Just my humble opinion.

I like the 2nd one best. My close second choice is the first photo. Any will be lovely!!

Love your fabrics, I think the first one gives the pattern the most definition. I have made the bento box before and look forward to seeing what you choose!

Strong preference for same color per box.

For me the first picture. The others looked mixed up and in a large quilt I feel they would look scrappy.
