I am planning to make some baby quilts to give away and have a mental block as how I should make this up. There is enough to make two baby quilts. Suggestions? I love hearing your ideas.

Here are the three fabrics

I'd say Warm Wishes, with black or white in the middle of the striped block. You can google Warm Wishes and find it free online!

I think it would make up quickly and pretty with a three-strip rail fence.

I agree, if you want something quick but cute the railfence is a great idea. And if you want to make two different ones you could put the fabrics in a different order for the railfence. With strip sewing the process would go fast. :)

Yes, I like the idea of a rail fence. I will start cutting fabric tomorrow. We have bad lighting at night in our hotel room.
Thanks for the suggestion.

I like the idea of Warm Wishes, but it seems to call for 4 fabrics. I was hoping to make something with the three I have. Do you know of three fabric warm wishes? Thanks for the suggestion.

If they're a yard each you could do the Supersize 9 patch.

Have you seen the downy quilts that some do? That would be a good pattern. It is a four patch alternated with a solid block.

you could do a tams patch its realy easy the busses for the big blocks and the other two for the peiced blocks ive done a few baby quilts like that and they turn out realy nice or a rail fence is good to.

i would hate to cut the dark print up too much. i'd do that in strips across the quilt. make blocks with the other fabrics maybe.

A Disappearing 9 Patch with large squares of the bus fabric in the 9 patch corners before cutting would be really cute! I can't tell how large the pattern is on the bus fabric, but you can use 8" or 9" squares for the 9 patch and the whole thing would go together in a couple of hours.

This might work well.
