does anyone know what pattern this is; it's rows of triangles set at a diagnol that when the block is complete is looks like a tree with the top in the corner. the top of the tree is a big block and the smaller triangles the body and trunk of the tree. I know this isn't the best descrip, but i saw this in the lastes country living mag, but can't find the pattern in my endless supply of quilt books. flying geese border is close. would be grateful for any help. thanks

It sounds like "Pine Tree". There is a pattern for it in the book "Quilts! Quilts!! Quilts!!!"
