If it is material folded over, it is a variation of the Cathederal Windows. We did it with a print of fabric in the center of each one and the material folded over and stitched down.

does msqc have a tute on this. I have templates for circle, melon shape. I think it's. (Someone's name) back porch template and pattern........
i remember sewing circles together, but slit to turn out is in the outer section of the circle that will then be turned in, so slit is not visible..... |
I have the circle ruler to make this quilt. There are dots in the template to pencil in and that is where you fold the fabric over. Now to to upstairs and search for this ruler! lol
