Missouri Star's Double Slice Layer Cake pattern would be good for large prints.

You could do a snowball block, that would really show off the large scale prints without having to cut them up !

I am working on 'charmed stars' right now. I am using charm packs and my finished block is 13.5 inches. It would be a HUGE block using a layer cake.

I like it! I don't even mind cutting the layer cake into the 5" squares.
