Your quilt is very nice! What about Talladega 500? Looks like the racetrack.

I so appreciate all of the name suggestions and compliments, but I still haven't made up my mind. I think my favorite from this list is "Chubby Checkers."

The only names I could come up with were "Migraine" (what you'd get if you looked at it too long) or "Insomnia" (surely no one would be able to sleep under those bright colors). But I didn't want to name it something negative... I really kinda like it.

A friend of mine showed it to her husband, and he immediately suggested Tetris. I had heard of the internet game before, but I didn't know what it was about. I had to look it up. One of the descriptions said "make order out of chaos." That struck a chord with me so I'm thinking about naming it "Order Out of Chaos."

It reminds me of the toys they designed to build babies' brains I got from the Educational Toys Club when my son was a baby. It's a real tour de force.

It reminds me of a carpet covered in roads that we had in the playroom growing up, we'd wear out the knees of our jeans scooting across with out hot wheels, so my first thought was something about my childhood - "Skinned Knees", "The Golden Rule", or "Holey Jeans", but I doubt that these would make sense to someone else's brain!
I just wanted to comment that this is really gorgeous, and I love the way my eyes are drawn to different parts of the pattern. It seems to be constantly moving and alive :)
