Here's my question about needles. The green one for quilting.....does that mean piecing or the actual quilting or both?

I found this helpful needle chart that tells what most of the needles are used for <http://www.sewing.org/files/guidelin...dle_charts.pdf>

It says the quilting needles are good for piecing. Because of the threads that I use I use topstitch needles for quilting.
