Old secretary chair that needs to be replaced with a mesh back "supporter".

I use an office chair from Office depot because I could adjust the arms, the back and all that stuff but what I've noticed is that the hard wheels are very wearing on my hardwood floor in my sewing room. In fact, they are wearing it out! I don't do any of the adjusting stuff. I've got to find a better solution. Do they make rubber wheels that don't wear out the floor? What do I do? I'm not a dainty little fairy thing. I'm serious! I need expert advice.

An office chair with no arms. It can adjust up and down. I used to lecture on ergonomics. It isn't perfect but its pretty good.
