i had blocks like that, and did the same as greensleves and they turned out very well.

I saw this pattern earlier this week, and I thought it was super cute! Obviously not a table runner, but you could just make a couple blocks, or you could make the whole quilt just some fun food for thought!

I hadnt thought of adding a sashing or border then re-sizing that to make it all fit - will be far less un-sewing to do than unpicking the 12 9-patches I have wont it!!
