Check, but I think they can be heat set.

OH WOW!! What a find! Good for you!!

So beautiful! Can hardly wait to see what you do with them. Maybe wall hangings that may never be washed.

They certainly are beautiful. I'm afraid the embroidered names might detract from their beauty.

played with EQ6 today, like I had time,,and here are a couple of other takes.
this is with a 30's mint green and tiny floral on pale green background for the border! the original blocks |
I went to the "magnolia" block and found the pattern is a Quilter's cache one..I just love it...will try to put it into EQ later!

I love the third one with the light green shown. The first one with the darkest green is also nice. I don't really care for the middle one with the medium green. From the work you are doing, I'm sure whatever you decide will be just right. I can't wait to see it when it's done!

Omigosh, these are STUNNING!! I can see some lovely quilting or embroidery along the edges of the flowers to make them pop.
I love the top of your three snowball versions. I can't wait to see it finished. If any of the sisters still has her blocks and wants to be rid of them, I volunteer to adopt!! |
