Putting on the label - then it is done!

Maybe the very best part - seeing it in use!

I love planning, fabric, cutting & machine piecing....oh I love piecing. The top quilting is a so so, I'd rather have a LA do that so I can go onto my next project!
Blessings,

I love it all except sandwiching.

I LOVE: planning the design and layout, picking colors and playing with fabrics. I like: piecing, arranging blocks on the design wall, and binding. -- I do not like: the cutting, and since little experience with FMQ that's a battle.

I like picking out the fabric the best! Love to put colors together and visualize!

I love the whole precess. Each step has some excitement in it for me. I love shopping for fabrics and then chosing thecolors and patterns to go with the design I want to make. Then the piecing...and of course I have to quilt it myself because by the time I'm done with the piecing, I know how I want the finishsed quilt to look and I can't describe that to another quilter. I just love quilting!

Me....I love piecing the tops....I just love seeing the colors go together and the shapes take form.....like putting a puzzle together. I can just do this over and over and over. Gee, if I did this, I could have a never ending stack of UFOs. But it's like an addiction even while I am finishing a project I find myself day dreaming and my mind wandering on over to a new project.

Anyone else have that problem....or am I bi-polar, tee hee. :-D

I DO have a huge stack of UFOs for exactly this reason! But before the piecing, I also love enlarging or reducing blocks, deciding how many blocks I want to make (invariably it's not one of the choices given!), calculating yardage and then...well, I hate the cutting but then I get to SEW!!!! And watch it all come together!!!!
