What is your favorite quilt guild door prize?

I need some help coming up with some new and inspiring quilt guild door prizes? Everyone in our guild, as most, has just about anything that they need or what as far a quilting goes. Even some cute ideas for making gifts would be helpful. Usually about $10 or less is our budget. Also any gift wrapping ideas too. Thanks so much. :)

A gift certificate to a LQS! And often the LQS will give the certificate for free or at a discount, because it brings someone in the door who is sure to spend more than the value of the certificate.

Our Guild provides a fat quarter for monthly Birthdays. You could have coordinating bundles for larger prizes.

I don't think you can go wrong with fabric. What quilter doesn't love more fabric? How about some special threads? How about a new quilt magazine?

A coordinated fat quarter bundle, a jelly roll (or comparable). Gift certificates are good, too.

I like a variety of fat quarters, charm squares and even some jelly rolls. Doesn't have to be a lot, just something different.

-Pigma pens in different colors
-special labels
-stork scissors
-cleaning brushes for sewing machine
-a reeaaally good seam ripper (clover is my favorite)

Each of the above wrapped in a FQ with a matching thread.

Charm packs or fat quarters, every time!

I like those plastic project boxes that are just big enough to hold 12 inch blocks plus a bit more. I kept hoping I would win one, as I had tried to find them but couldn't. (I guess Hobby Lobby was out of them when I looked.)

Well, as I sat next to a lady who won one at our guild meeting Monday night, I told her I envied her. She told me she had just seen them for sale for $5.39 at Michael's. So I stopped on the way home and bought four! Very happy.

They say something about scrapbooking on the label, and they have a plastic lid that snaps on. They are sort of the size of a pizza box, only thicker. I wanted one for my Block of the Month challenge, but I bought four. :) I am sure I will find a use for them.

Love those boxes! I am an ex scrapbooker and I am slowly converting them to quilt boxes. Jo Ann's also sells a tower that they can all fit into. It's sometimes on sale but always available with the coupon when it isn't on sale.
