You have the worst part behind you now!

Here in the states even though I get a CBC channel and watch a lot of it, I don't have any "on demand" options for it and haven't set up the TV for streaming yet. Anyway, I saw that they are running one of the Great Canadian series on I think it was Sunday night, just once weekly and it was just episode 2. Unfortunately, we go to bed so early that it started at 9 which is too late. No offense to the Canadians (who still do awesome work), but I think the perfection and standards are higher on the British version.

Find myself watching more and more CBC on a regular basis. I seem to do a lot of my pinning/piecing type work during Escape to the Chateau and Escape to the Country.

I find the British Baking show to be more helpful to each other. Not as competitive. I like that better.

Also, I'm a chef, so I prefer the British results that you can actually eat, rather than the Canadian show "show stoppers" which are often just performance art, rather than edible, IMO.
