I too am trying out different techniques each month that have been on my list of things to try :D Then I either wing it, use EQ, web search, to get the pattern.

I think that since I'm just starting with the doll quilts, I'll use it as an opportunity to try new techniques. Hopefully they will work out...if not...I'm thinking that I better keep some spare blocks around!

I found it easier to draw a gingerbread man and add to it--fingers, tuck in the waist a bit.
