without making up a whole e-commerce site on your own, I think your only 2 choices are eBay and Etsy (in the "supplies" category). If you design your own fabric, you can sell it on Spoonflower, I think.

Huge fan of Thousands of Bolts. I once ordered 85 yards , all of it was premium goods. Fast Service , great selection, super prices.

Forgot about them. I've had good experience with them also.

My FAVORITE is the above ebay seller. Great stuff at $5 to $6 a yard.

Both have nice sales it seems. I was looking for Civil War/1800's fabrics and located some at good prices.

Connecting Threads and Thousands of Bolts.

I love the kits, fabric and thread at Connecting Threads. They don't have a ton of notions though. When sewthankful - http://www.sewthankful.com/ - had their 1.99 flat rate shipping I purchased a few items from them and was very pleased with their products and the quick shipping. I buy quilting books on Amazon and some items on ebay. I guess if I am looking for something specific I will just search around and see who's got the best price.....

craftybear 06-25-2010 01:48 AM

ebay, etsy

For what it's worth... a co-worker of mine sells on eBay (where she has her own little "store" and also Etsy (because a sales rep told us that it was "hot" there).

She does the vast majority of her business on eBay. Any sales she gets from Etsy are just a bonus.

wow you are a shopping Queen!
