Of my three daughters and one son . . .only one currently sews and just piddling at that. I'm hoping my granddaughter or future grandchildren will take an interest, but barring that . . .will look for a charity . . .purhaps a group at church to bless.

I have a daughter and daughter-in-law that quilts with me. So they will take all my stuff when i leave this earth. So it will continue to be used.

Good question.

I've told my kids there is some value in the stuff IF they are willing to work with it.

If not, then I hope they donate it to someone/something that can and will use the stuff.

These are the people who will recieve my fabric stash & everything else, divided up equally.I do it this way so I know it will go to a good home!

That is such a fantastic idea

I'm with raptureready but I know that my DILs will try to sort it out and take it. I just don't know what my husband will will want to do with it.

I donated some ODD fab and strange UFOs to my guild...small membership. I had a blast watching them sort, toss, grab thru the huge piles and plastic bags. DH knows when the time comes, if I go first, to call Shirley and she'll bring the van and fill it up with the 16 66 gal plastic containers of fab. I'll be watching from above and giggling watchting them "shop" my shash. Sewing machines? Haven't figured that one out yet but think I'd better.
