I got mine at my sewing/vac repair place.
You can also order them from Allbrands.com.

Need to find one that is made for your machine. Quilt shops, e-bay, Craigs list, whatever???

There are many places that sell them online, all you need to know is if you have a high/low/slant shank on your machine or if your machine takes snap on feet, to make sure that you get the correct one.
Usually the description will include what brands the feet will work on, if it doesn't I have sent them an email to see if it will work for mine :D:D:D
How quickly they respond to my email is also giving me an idea as to how they handle customer service

Google 1/4" sewing machine feet with guide and you'll get all kinds of sites. You can't believe the sites out there for sewing feet. Do make sure that your order the right shank though. In my case its a low shank, but I also have the option to do snap on feet that are pretty universal. That's the way I usually go, then I don't have to unscrew anything.

I ordered mine from the quilt shop. They sometimes have them in stock, but they were out at the time. It took four days to come in.
