My rotary cutter was not cutting very well, it was actually shredding the material. I couldn't understand it because I had just put in a new blade. So I took it apart and found out that I had put in Two blades!

Me too.

I dislike a dull blade. I somehow get nicks in mine. My DH keeps our chefs knives sharp and I am spoiled. I change my blades frequently. I watch for sales and "Harbor Freight blades are cheaper and work fine.I didn't have much luck with the blade sharpener.

I miss threads with a new blade, so not quite sure when to change it. LOL. I found some blades in my purse. Wonder how long they've been in there?

We discovered they can be sharpened, and used again.

No, I do it too.

 Have no fear. You are not alone.

I shared an idea about rolling the blades over foil to sharpen them. Some tried, and said it worked. They are so cheap, especially at Harbor Freight. why bother?
