I recently posted that I had 11 machines and this is why I need at least 4 of them. My sewing space is a small corner of the country kitchen. I have two Singers in a cabinet, my 301 and my featherweight in this area. I have RA and it is difficult for me to lift the machines for oiling them or even squeezing the oil bottle. So, I sew on all of them until they all need oiling and then my DH spends about an hour oiling all of the machines that I use. I am thinking about selling one of the featherweights and maybe a 201.

i think its a great idea but why would you need more then 2 for the rotation.

when one needs oil move on to the next one and tell DH to oil the machine in the next 2 weeks or so.
