didn't I look for information before I did it????? I just spent weeks making a paper pieced Hunter's Star quilt top (3rd quilt ever). Spent all day removing the paper and THEN I washed it!!! Yep, I don't know why I felt the need to, but it frayed to the point of being unusable! Bwaaah! All the information on this board and all I had to do was look!

Sorry that happened after all your hard work...wish it could be saved...or maybe you could use parts of it that are ok and make some pillows...or teddy bears...or something??
