I tried that!! I don't know what's going on with computer, but I can't get it to scan where I need it to!! Computer gremlins are at work!!!

Actually, I might try and make the fingers on marsye's a little closer together and see if it'll work. If not, I'm going to a daycare!!!

take some pictures of kids hands, print out the one you want and trace it.

Unless the daycare knows you this could get you in a lot of trouble.

"Hi, could I trace the hands of all the kiddies here?"

Better go to one of the classrooms at your church.

When I've made mothers' and grandmas' quilts in the past I've used the tracings of their own little ones' hands. If you have a recipient in mind you might try to get these? (It helps to have someone on the "inside" ;))
