awesome quilts but where are yours?
There was one from Stillwater, OK ... about 35 miles from me, that took 3rd in one of the catagories |
OH MY,what absolutely beautiful quilts.
|
Wow! I cannot imagine being able to create some of those wonderful quilts. Well, I will enjoy my own creations and be ecstatic for those quilters that are so very gifted. Those are just awesome!!!
|
All gorgeous, of course. Lots of familiar names.
But the most interesting one to me is Autumn Serenade by Molly Cusp APQS LONGARM MACHINE QUILTING AWARD http://www.americanquilter.com/image...inners/305.jpg Because that is an almost exact total remake of Sharon Schamber's award winning Scarlet Serenade that won Houston back in 2005(?). http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/...73633588RVYuSX Wow. I guess it's just that I never thought of quilts at THAT level being re-done by anyone else. Very interesting. |
Such beautiful works of art! I may never be able to match such quality, so I will be content to just ooh and ahh.
|
Those are awesome!! I'm so glad everyone is willing to share with us that can't go to these shows. Thank you to all of you who do share.
|
WOW! It's amazing the beautiful quilts that people make! One is prettier than the next!
Thanks for sharing! |
I would LOVE to see all of these gorgeous quilts in person :D:D:D

WOW, you are certainly correct...it's hard to distinguish the two except for subtle changes. Never ceased to be amazed. |
