I have used them more for garment sewing....I know, not much help. But I have used them to sew blocks tog.but I only use about 4 and no more than 6 or 7 because then there are too many hanging on my lap. In other words, I like them better for chain sewing, but only doing 2 blocks...a big maybe...3. They are nice though. I do like using them on binding...I have also bought the bigger greens ones and I've those on the binding also...again...I only use about 4-6.

I just finished sewing the binding on a quilt that I kept in place with the red clips. I don't know if I'd like the smaller ones but would like some of the larger ones in different colors.

Red ones work well with binding. I like them better than metal clips or pins.

I use Wonder Clips a lot & I love them especially for binding or thicker projects. I haven't seen the ones with the 1/8th" end yet but sounds interesting

I just looked up the Clover mini wonder clips. I have and use the small ones a lot. I'm excited about this new size. I'll be asking my LQS to special order if they don't have them.

I love the small clips. They aren't good for everything, but I like the fact that I can use them without putting holes in my fabric with pins. I bought mine super cheap on Ebay where several sellers sell them. Because they were cheap, I bought a lot of them. When I drag my sewing to the family room, I always use them, so I won't get pins in my rug.

Haven't tried the clips. If one of my friends has them, I'll borrow and see how they work. I use Fork Pins for some things, straight pins for others. BUT I'm a lazy quilter, I frequently don't pin anything.
BUT if I want perfect - I GLUE. Even the binding when I turn for finishing to either the front or back.
LOL. all of my quilts are washed before use/gifting.
