I think 'virgin vintage' is a much better term for unused old things. *giggle*

the price is good, but wool will shrink, a real wool blanket is hard to fine these days.

That's exactly how my Grma made quilts.The tops were made of feedsacks & lasted forever.

My dgm actually made the quilt out of mattress ticking. Her dh died when my dad was only 11 and he had 6 sisters. So she went to work in a mattress factory. Such a cool story!
