I had to go for an MRI last Friday and was laying in the machine and when I looked up there were 4 screw holes. I thought well since that made a square what pattern could be made out of it. I was picturing cuttiing that square into 4's and which pattern fabric I would use. I erased that in my mind and changed it into another block.
Is that addiction or am I crazy? :roll:

I found a cool FMQ pattern on a potato chip bag! I find myself always looking at patterns on things.

No I call that a way to stay sane during a MRI!
I told them they need a wheres waldo pic on the top!

Not crazy at all...just being creative. Besides, it's the only thing to do while having an MRI.

Best use of time in an MRI machine I ever heard of.

Definately not crazy! Definately a quilter! Crazy? Well I think all quilters are a little bit crazy and we're addicted to our hobby we love! I think we all start seeing the quilting blocks everywhere we look. I all it a wise time management!

I often think of patterns and fabric when I'm trying to fall asleep. It beats counting sheep!

I like this story. I have quilting so bad on the brain that one day I was driving down the road in a new area looking for my sister's new place, I got so excited when I saw a sign in the distance that said, "Quilt Stop".

I was aiming my car for it at that moment for a quick stop since "I had Time!" and realized it was a QUICK STOP.

YES Crafty! I do it too, on restroom floors, Doctor's offices and on carpet in areas I am waiting. I found a great pattern in a bank I went into a few months back that I had never been to before.

(Of course it was to get money to go fabric shopping!)

Think we all do this! I just taught a good friend to quilt & she was in her bathroom & took a picture of her bathroom tiles & sent to me & said "Look, this could be a quilt pattern" I laughed because I have done the same thing sooo many times!

I once designed a quilt sitting on the pot looking at the tile on the floor
