No, leave it. There are other objects or animals going sideways so it blends in.

I wouldn't change it, I made a puzzle quilt once and put pieces in wrong no one noticed it but me

Don't fret over it. A toddler will have this lovely quilt scrunched up and flipping all the directions of the compass.
