I shy away from the metallics. People keep giving them to me and I use them. They are always thrilled with the out come, but I just don't buy them myself. In what little I've done with them, I prefer silver and gold separate unless it is a scrap quilt, then anything goes ;-)

I would. But I mix yellow gold and white gold diamond jewelry with plastic and rhinestones jewelry too. Never thought not to. If it looks good to me then that's all that matters for me.

I agree that I use gold tones and silver from time to time and I think that constitutes the same thing.
|
Sure would.

Good enough for Burl Ives! I would mix them. I have a two- tone watch that I've wrn for 20 years! No one's arrested me yet! Mix them.

Me too - love mixing gold and silver with copper too. Life is too boring not to take some chances out there! |
I would. I love the look of gold and silver jewelry together and I have gold and silver bathroom fixtures. Of course, I also have red paint on my living room walls and have painted my end table and TV table purple and purple pillows on my couch.

I've used them in a scrap quilt because they were in my scrap pile. I would use them in a quilt but there are not as many nice gold ones as there are silver. It would depend on what the background colour was, I guess.

I would...I mix yellow and white gold all the time in my jewelery and I love the way it looks.

Absolutely. Especially for Christmas!
