I was delighted to find a thank you card from Moda in the mailbox yesterday, for the blocks I sent to the Just One Star project. And they sent a surprise with the thank you: A packet of 2.5" squares, just like a pack of charm squares, only smaller! 43 of them... Aren't they cute?

what a nice gesture, and what a wonderful program. I mailed my blocks yesterday, I hope they arrive by May 1.

I also mailed mine yesterday. It felt great making those blocks. Kinda like prayer blocks, because the time I spent on them, I was thinking of all the men/women that are over there protecting us here. Bless all of them.

Wow, that's so nice. I sent in 21 of them from our group. It would be nice to just get a note back that I could share with all of them. I can't imagine that they would send everyone some of the squares.

I received a note just weeks after sending mine in and last week received another thank you and a pack of fabric too. Such a great company to do this.

Me too, mine are "Lilac Hill" by Brannock & Patek for Moda. Very nice of them. They are very pretty. Lavender, green, creams, etc.

Nice fabric. I mailed 6 on Monday, post office said they should get them by Wednesday. I'm a first timer and this was a wonderful project.
