you know your a quilter when....

even your kids cloths are covered with thread bits. ( getting my son in his jammies last night and noticed a bunch of thread bits all over his bottoms. hehe)

You also know when you clog the shower's water outlet with threads at the end of a day of sewing.... when a family membersits on a pin you dropped or lost... when you automatically set the machine for a quarter inch seam when you were actually planning to work on clothing or some non-quilting project.

I agree sahm, the first time I really sewed, I said hey look Mom, covered in threads just like you always are! LOL

When you dogs exit your sewing room covered with almost as much "quilters jewelry" (thread bits) as you are.

When your DD shows you a beautiful wolf sketch and you see it on fabric and worked into a quilt...The kid thought I was crazy today!!

When you interrupt Hubby and ask him to move off the bench so you can take a pic of the neat fabric design behind him...

When you sketch the tile floor design on the dinner napkin then 'borrow' the cloth napkin to take it home ..

When your hubby is trying to explain the color of paint he wants for the living room and you pull out your fabric swatches to help him match the color for your next quilting masterpiece! That was me this last weekend! :)
