Do you just say "Made by xxxx" or what do you put on it if you do the piecing and have the quilting done by someone else??

I say
Pieced or appliqued or assembled by [my name] Quilted by [quilter's name] |
Ditto to QuiltNNan .. also don't forget to give credit to the pattern/designer.

That's what I do too
I used to hand embroider all my labels - no more Found sewnsewer2 on this Board and she's been doing my labels since. Machine embroidered, wonderful work, very reasonable.

Except a whole lot of designers use block patterns that have been in the public domain for years and years so who knows who actually designed the pattern.
And too, I seldom follow a pattern to the "T", making my own changes. So the wording I have used is ... Adapted from a ___(name)_____ pattern |
I have some my late friend had made for me several years ago. I have used some but, not on every quilt I make. I expect them to remember I gave them to them.
