I subscribe the The Quilt Show, as well.
Along with their regular programme, which they send to you as an e-mail reminder, they also have a service where you can search for the technique you are looking for and it will tell you which show to look at in the archives.

I'm a National Quilters member - have been for years. They have excellent videos when I'm stuck, or when inspiration pushes me to learn a new technique or design. They send many emails when new information is added, and they are so enjoyable to listen to. I get lost for hours at a time, just watching one video after another.

I'm glad this thread started as I was curious what others thought as well. I paid for a membership in National Quilters Circle because it was only $9. I did not renew the next year....even for the $9! everything on there was so basic and what might have been interesting was such a short clip that there was no substance. I have thought about The Quilt Show but then $42 is high for me. I do find so much for free and I have a lot of Craftsy classes.

None. There are so many free ones available on YouTube. Why pay?

You tube is great and I love Jenny's quilt videos there and many of the other's how tos, but an actual class or show video is a different level.
The Quilt Show with Alex and Ricky is very good. I've learned a lot of great techniques from their shows. The Quilt Show has free shows to watch before subscribing. And the free lessons are excellent there. Free lessons from Sharon Schamber? Yep, only on the Quilt Show. It's $43 per year and that is a bargain. I also buy Craftsy classes. The level of instruction is the best, better then when I take a class in person from the same teacher.

There is an extra two months free if you subscribe to the Quilt Show promo going on now. And you get a free Ricky Tims pattern called Stars and Stripes.
