I have wanted a quilting frame and there is one available about an hour from where I live.

Looking at the photos of it, I was surprised to see it was a wooden frame and some PVC pipes.

It's about 4 years old (she got a long arm so she doesn't have to change the quilting area so often).

She has some pattern perfect templates, a cruise control and stitch regulator with it also.

All for $1100.

What's your thoughts on this set up if you are familiar with it along with your thoughts on this price for a 4 year old setup.

Thanks so much. I don't want to drive 2 hours round trip if this is an awful setup/deal.

You can check the new price of this frame on the Grace Frame Co site for comparison. The accessories that are listed with the frame are expensive ones so probably sweeten the deal. I would opt for the carriage upgrade to the metal carriage if this frame doesn't come with it, you'll be much happier than you'll be with the wooden carriage. AllBrands has it for $99. Two other thoughts to consider...this frame only holds up to a queen sized quilt and if you think you might want to upgrade to a long arm, you'll probably have to buy another new frame. This frame will hold up to a 14"-15" machine but the quilting space will be somewhat limited.

How about some daytime comments? Think I posted this too late last night for some to see it.
