I just came across this machine and bought it. It needs help.
Has anyone ever heard of this brand? |
Sorry, no. I've heard of Zenith tvs, tho.

Sounds like a Japanese Clone model.
|
The Zeniths I've seen are all clones of the Singer 15-91, metallic blue and very pretty. :)
Some people think the Japanese-made machines are actually better than the Singers they were copied from. I don't have any, so I can't say, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy one if it is, indeed one of the clones I've seen. :) |
Can you post a picture?

I finally got the machine to work, used a manual for the Singer 15-90 and my husbands arm. He got the dohickey that makes the needle go up and down to move. AND the rest is history!! Now I need a needle and a new belt, maybe some machine grease for the areas that use grease. I would post a picture but do not know how.

Hello! This is my machine for the last 5 decades and still function well. The brand is Eastern Zenith sewing machine. No serial number or where its made. Is this a japanese clone?I have to admit that this machine is way much silent and smooth than any of my other singer 15 model. It has a very nice brass decal.
