I know that everyone has discussed printing shipping labels thru Paypal, when someone pays using Paypal, but does everyone know that you can also use Paypal to print shipping labels if someone pays with check, MO or hidden cash ----

Here How to do it -

log into Paypal

Click on MERCHANT SERVICES

Under SHIPPING & TAXES

Click on MULTI ORDER SHIPPING

This pulls up a blue box that says GETTING STARTED

Click on CREATE (button)

Just click on each level & fill in the blanks

I don't use ORDER DETAILS

I start with

SHIPPING DETAILS
SHIP TO ADDRESS
SHIP FROM ADDRESS (YOU JUST HAVE TO CLICK YOUR ADDRESS)

Just fill in the info

Press the CLICK & SAVE button

On the top of the screen you hit PRINT

On the bar there is an EDIT button - you can edit your label or select PAY & PRINT

If you have problems doing this, PM me & I will walk you through it

Have fun

Direct link - much easier. ;-)
http://www.paypal.com/shipnow

Remember to bookmark the page as you can't get to it from anywhere within PayPal itself.

Great information, thanks! I live 10 miles from the nearest Post Office. I like to use Paypal instead of USPS.

for a brief time when I clicked on the shipnow link, they were taking me to Ebay shipping instead - another "new improvement" -NOT!!!

But now things are working as usual, back to PP shipping. Use it all the time - you can pay for it with a credit card if you like racking up points like me.

I ship through Paypal but not that way b/c it doesn't show up in my sales as shipped. Drives me nuts!
I just go into my account and print it from the tab there.

A few weeks ago I printed the label your way- it was Saturday and by Monday I forgot I did it so I did it again- too late to get a refund for the first label but believe it or not Paypal refunded me anyway b/c I told them how it doesn't show up in the sell page.
Have I lost everyone yet??? LOL
BTW mine was an International label and the time had expired for me to void it. I couldn't believe Paypal reimbursed me but they did.

I love printing international labels on PayPal - the customs forms are already done. No forms to fill out at the post office. AND doing UPS through PayPal too. LOVE IT!!!!

It's best used for when there is no payment via PayPal or sales via eBay, so no record to mark shipped.
But it will still be trackable via your PayPal account.
