Why is it called "Tube Quilting"? Does it mean a tube of fabric or another type of tube?

It's called that because you actually make a tube and cut it a certain way and it makes the pieces that form a block. There are then several ways you can put the pieces together to make different looking blocks.

If you go to the search function on here and put in tube quilting you will find many topics on it including a tut on ti. It's fun to do.

Check out Missouri Star Quilt Company. They have a great tutorial on tube quilting. I have done it and it's super easy!!!!
