Default found a way to organize beads

i have never tried beading on a quilt, so decided to give it a shot. Immediately, I found myself having trouble -- not with sewing the beads on, but with "managing" the beads. The little plastic bags are useless once they're opened, and I didn't have enough little clear plastic bottles. Then, I had a light bulb moment. We had an extra pill organizer around that we had never used. It has big compartments, 4 per day, so that's 28 sections. THey have clear tops so I can see what's in each section.

So far, it's working great!

Do you have to wait until Thursday at noon to sew the gold beads?

LOL

Maybe i can use that technique when I'm stumped as to what color to use next -- go by the date/time!

Great storage. That brings to mind the little panties that came with the days of the week embroidered on them. We're you a rebel and switched up the days or did you have to have the right panties on the correct day?

great idea I keep all my tic tac containers, for beads and used needles too, and Altoids tins, I use them for a bunch of things.
