O I know how you feel my husband and I went to the store the other day and he was so disapointed that he could not buy me a new sewing machine that day. He said he would buy me one in July. He is such a great husband, a definet keeper. Please post pics so we can drool over it with you. I bet it feels like you are getting ready for Christmas !!!!!!

Annalee, congratulations. My husband bought me an embroidery, computerized Bernina Artista 200 almost 2 years ago. It is a 2004 model. I was totally intimidated for quite a while. I had never sewn on a computerized machine before, let alone embroidery equipped

After I got over my intimidation I finally started taking lessons at my Bernina dealer. It took a while but info slowly began to stick in my brain, instead of flying through. Now I can do quite a few things that used to be quite foreign to me.

Feel free to pm me if you have specific questions. Can't assure you that I will know the answer but if I do, I would be more than happy to share it with you. Take care. ;) ;)

PS: I recently just bought my first featherweight. I love it. Just simple sewing!
