i wouldn't get either of those.
lots of practice with a ruler renders them unnecessary.
also, i'm a bit of a klutz. i can see myself slipping and cutting right through it instead of properly along the slots.
accidental manicure, anyone? LOL

i have been kicking around the notion [pun intended] of getting one of the circle rulers, though.
i have the pack of individual templates, but this one goes up to 10" and offers more sizes.
a friend of mine let me try hers and i thought it was pretty nifty and more likely to be "me-proof". LOL

The larger one has slots 2.5" apart. Great for cutting your own jelly roll strips, charms and layer cakes. Also, this one will span the entire piece of fabric as it comes from the bolt, which is convenient, but you do need to have a large cutting mat and a place to use it.
The Plus has slits every half inch, so that's good for sub cutting smaller pieces. If you can double fold fabric from the blot you can cut yardage, but I am not very sucessful.
If you work mainly with full yardage, I would go with the Pro, if you use mostly FQ's then the Plus is a good choice.

I have the smaller one with the slots every 1/2". Cannot use it. It slips and slides and I ended up cutting in the wrong slot a couple of times. I thought I would like it for cutting 1 1/2" sashing strips--I had a ton to cut. I went back to using my 5 x 24" ruler. I know others love theirs, but thought I'd just let you know of my experience.

I love the small one. You can put something on it to stop the slipping - I used Steady Betty strips, they are wonderful but sometimes hard to find. I don't really care for the sandpaper dots on my regular rulers, but they might be fine for this.

I used dabs of hot glue on my rulers. Stops the slipping and is very inexpensive.

I have the smaller one and I love it. I use it on the days that my carpal tunnel makes my hands shaky. I always use my 2-5 pound weights to keep my rulers from slipping. My DH's idea. Using them for this purpose helps me strengthen my wrists while enjoying my quilting.

I got the biggest one, for multiple 2 1/2" cuts and it is great. I don't pull it out for everything but if I am doing a lot of strips it works well. Just be careful that your rotary cutter will go into it. I had trouble with my Fiskar which has no left or right handedness, but my Olfas work fine.
