Default Quick question about hand appliqué

I am just about ready to put together a block of the month quilt that was hand appliquéd. I used Roxannes Glue to hold the pieces down while I was sewing it, but now that I am ready to sew all the blocks together and I supposed to do something to get the glue out or with it just disappear with time. It is my first try at hand appliqués and I am just sure. Thanks for any help!

Just leave the glue in until the quilt is washed. It won't disappear over time - but one washing should do it.
