It appears to be drawn on a 5x5 grid - so - for those of us using inches -

5, 7-1/2, 10, 12-1/2, 15, 17-1/2 inch blocks (finished size) would work

5 inch finished - 1 inch square for each square in the grid - seam allowances to be added to each piece
7.5 inch - 1-1/2 inch square
10 inch finished - 2 inch units
12.5 - 2.5
15 - 3
17.5 - 3.5

and so on

Thanks for giving me part of the credit. Together we make a good research team!

Thanks for the Id of this block. The quilt belongs to a 98 year old neighbor. I am trying to do some history on the quilts she has.
I knew this group could help me. Thanks again

Barb & osewme aren’t your blocks the same, just different names, or am I missing something?

The inner ring is the same but the corners are different. The Single Wedding Ring has HST's that give the impression of 3 flying geese in each corner set while The Wishing Ring only has 1 HST in the corner and full colored squares where the other two HST's are in the SWR.

I have it in one of my pattern books listed as the Wedding Ring. (not to be confused with the double wedding ring). It is an easy enough block to construct and works into a beautiful quilt.
