What an amazing video! I'd say that is a wise investment! Who doesn't love to hear the stories like this. I wonder what year this was filmed? Do let us know an update when you watch the whole thing:)Thanks for posting about this-Skeat

Thank you for the link. I watched the 15 minute teaser and may get the DVD. Makes me even more appreciative to have my grandmother's and great-grandmother's quilts.

That was really neat. I'm going to see if any libraries around here have it!

Right before the 11 minute mark she's fiddling around with a hanging quilt and took off a triangle of fabric and put it back on. HOW DID SHE DO THAT????????

She had the fabric pieces on a felt covered design board. She talked about it in the video. I loved her hide a bed :D

    What a neat website.
    I decided to investigate further.
Go to film subjects above the video. Then go to Aging. Then to Kathleen Ware Quiltmaker. It is a 30 min film about a woman who makes quilts to sell. Shows her making a Texas star quilt.
You could spend years just watching all the videos on this site.
    Thanks so much.

Wow. I can see why you ordered that. What wonderful stories. I love it when she ways the more you do it the more you want to do it.
