You could use the greens to make paper pieced Christmas type (pines) for a Christmas quilt. It's never too early to start!

I love monochromatic quilts :D:D:D
You can use the lights, med and darks to form many wonderful patterns. You could use one accent color throughout... Find a pattern and have some fun :D:D:D

I've always liked the Central Park pattern from Timeless Treasures. It was made for their batiks, but would work just as well with prints. Hancock's of Paducah has it as a free download. http://www.hancocks-paducah.com/Item--i-TT-CENTRAL-QP

I made a quilt of scrappy green pinwheels with just a sprinkle of red. It's a peaceful quilt. My daughter even likes it.
