Check to see if you have the port/slot on the back of the printer to feed direct into the printer instead of tray. The printer has to grab paper and curl it around when using the tray.....this can cause issues when putting fabric through. Good luck.

I was having the same problem with card stock and fabric on freezer paper. My DH cleaned the roller on the printer, and it works fine now!
