I am taking my first quilt show trip and I was wondering what I should take with me.I thought that I may need a tote bag,so I made one to put my purchjases in.I know that I will need to take money for sure.Any ideas?

Depending upon the location, the vendor section of quilt shows can get very crowded and HOT! You might want to include a bottle of water. Have fun!

Camera for pictures! You never know if you have a future quilt in mind! Good walking shoes... your there all day! How about a red ribbon on your purse so other board members can recognize you and say hi! Have fun!!! :thumbup:

where is the show, I live in central fl as well

carry a bottle of water with you, gum,

be sure to dress in layers sometimes cold or hot,

small purse with $, credit card, id, insurance card etc.

ink pen so when you get a business card can write on the back of it what you liked at that booth, etc.

also if the quilt show doesnt have a map of vendors, take small notepad and ask for booth # in case you decide to go back and find them
