My Quilt Magician will not let me delete designs. Response is very very slow. Any ideas?

I looked up Quilt Magician and the ad said that it has great internal locked memory. Could the designs be locked?

I would join a Tin Lizzie group and ask on there. I have a different setup(qbot) on mine..but I know when it's acting up the first thing I look for is somebody has a bluetooth connection on near me. Also, youtube has some tutorials...
